Standard Delivery

Our UK standard delivery charge is based on the order value of the items being ordered and is shown below. Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail and you will normally receive your order within 3 working days. If for any reason you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact us.

Weekday Next Day Delivery Upgrade and get it fast for £6.99

For items needed in a hurry you have the option of upgrading your order for next day courier delivery for £6.99. Next Day delivery is charged at a flat rate and delivery times are shown below. Next Day delivery orders need to be placed before 4pm to ensure next day delivery. A signature will be required for the order on delivery.

Saturday Next Day Delivery Upgrade and get it fast for £8.99

We also offer a Saturday delivery for a cost of £8.99. Orders placed before 4pm Friday can be delivered to you on a Saturday if this option is chosen.

Postcode exceptions

There are selected postcode areas within the UK where we are unable to offer next day delivery due to courier delivery times. If your postcode area is affected the courier will usually deliver the parcel within 2 working days or we will contact you to let you know. Please see our terms and conditions for affected postcodes.

Lithium battery restrictions

Lithium batteries are now included in Royal Mail’s list of dangerous goods and therefore we are unable to send these items with Royal Mail. If such item is ordered it will be sent using a next working day courier service.
